Anyone who has ever flown in an aeroplane knows what a flight attendant wears. Most of the time, they wear tight skirts and shoes. It is a common way to dress in the airline business. Even though this looks very nice on them, it is very uncomfortable and not very useful for their job.
But that’s how business has been done almost everywhere in the world for a long time. But this is a story about an airline that broke the rules to make their flight attendants’ uniforms more comfortable. This is SkyUp, a low-cost airline from Ukraine. They thought that if their flight attendants were more relaxed, useful, and friendly, they could give a better service.
