This amazing picture shows the moment when a blue whale came up for air and blew a rainbow-colored HEART.
Tanakit Suwanyangyaun, a photographer, was lucky enough to catch one of the beautiful animals blowing air out of its blowhole.
But the way the sunshine and water droplets fell made it look like the whale was blowing a rainbow-colored heart. Tanakit had spent the day swimming with whales as part of a scuba dive tour of the area near Sri Lanka.
And after taking pictures of himself underwater with the world’s biggest animals, he was excited to take this extra special picture above the water.
He said, “The photos are like a dream come true for me.”I’d always wanted to swim with blue whales, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime event.
We only saw each whale briefly before it swam away, so I was very lucky.If I could, I’d go back again and again.”
